Department Description:


People & Organisation – CoE P&O Strategy & Analytics

 

Primary Tasks and responsibilities
 
  • Support development and roll-out of Workforce Planning product against timeline.
  • Analysis on workforce plans received (within P&O platform)
  • Follow up on findings with data creators to understand and correct possible misalignments & mistakes. (Planning)
  • Investigate inconsistencies across different variants of planning data (budget – strategy plan – WFP).
  • Review source data used for both cases. (List comparison)
  • Review data models used in existing Business Unit specific workforce planning models.
  • Document data (audit) findings and translate back to process requirements and data definitions.
  • Set up approach to review workforce planning accuracy.

Secondary Tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Following up on meeting and achieving deadlines
  • Communication: Strong communication people skills
  • Refining Processes: Supporting the team on current process.
 

Technical profile requirements

 

  • 2 – 3 years experience in EPM (example Anaplan)
  • 2 – 3 years experience with data analysis (Excel, SQL/PowerBI/Azure)
