Aubay is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Officer to strengthen its team.
You will be responsible to execute a recruitment strategy aiming at attracting key talents in line with the Aubay's objectives.
Key responsabilities
- As a Recruiter, you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle including finding candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to jobs and stay in contact with them during the whole recruitment procedure.
- You will attract talents through announcement on jobboards and/ or on social network at Aubay and build sourcing pool by offering creative and innovative ideas
- You will develop your expertise using recruitment tools (databases, job boards, communication channels) and will build up your own network in the IT sector.
- You will manage the sourcing operations and becoming the key contact person for candidates.
- You will develop technical competencies and sharpen your critical mind toward candidates.
- Together with the team, you will achieve ambitious objectives and will stick to a methodology based on quality.
- You will be in charge of updating the database tool of candidate in order to keep tracks about their profiles
- You will be in charge of proposal of salary and contract with the candidates.
- You will also be in charge of the completion of the CV of the consultants in the format of the customer, as well when there is a call of tender.

- Updating and maintaining of recruitment database
- Writing reports about interviews of candidates
- Rejecting unsuccessful candidates by mail
- Scheduling interviews and update recruitment tool database
- Respond to external candidate solicitation
- Achieving personal Recruitment targets
- Propose salary and contract to candidates
- Completion of CV in the customer's format
- Participating in Call for tenders
- Administrative tasks related to HR and call for tenders
Essential qualifications and experience
- Bachelor Degree
- You have minimum 2-year experience in IT Recruitment
- Willing to learn more and improve IT knowledge
- Networking skills/Social networking knowledge is a plus.
- Language skills: French and English (mandatory) with a good Dutch.
- Good listener and communicator
