Senior Account Manager

You will build relationships with existing customers and monitor our customer service. Let's stop dawdling and dive into this super exciting vacancy! You will be in close contact with your clients and more specifically the hiring managers. Moreover, you go out of your way to strengthen this relationship of trust with your clients. How will you achieve this goal? 

  • You will develop a working knowledge of the customer’s business and their needs. 
  • Those customers discuss their (resource) needs with you. Through personal conversations, you’ll figure out how to perfectly match our services to the client's needs. 
  • Opportunities are there to be seized! You spot possible opportunities to generate as much business as possible for your team. 
  • Together with our Talent Acquisition team, you will do your utmost to match the client’s open requests with our digital talent. Next to that, you will also proactively propose our available talents to the client. In all of this, you will secure a close follow-up. 
  • You will do interviews with potential candidates, propose job requests in the case of a positive outcome, discuss salary propositions … 
  • One of your matches was successful and started the mission with the client? 

Perfect, great job! Now don’t forget to do the follow-up! How are things working out for the client and the consultant? Any remarks that need to be attended to? You’ll keep a close eye on the project and you will do timely evaluations, mostly from the client side.

Your profile

  • We are looking for a senior account manager, so +/- 4 years of relevant experience is important for us. Meaning a similar role within IT consultancy, IT solutions, IT services … 
  • The focus will be on IT within the world of energy & utilities. If you already had a role within this sector, that would be a plus! 
  • You love communicating with people, learning more about someone's needs and how you can play an important role.
  • You are result-oriented, so achieving predefined goals gives you a ton of energy. Moreover, you are not afraid to ask questions, address people and negotiate to achieve your goal. 
  • You are known for your ability to set priorities and to multitask. This also helps you to deal with stressful situations. 
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, le français peut être un atout. 
  • Your workplace will be flexible! This can be your home office or one of our offices (Antwerp, Hasselt, Leuven, Ghent). Of course, you will also visit your clients on a regular basis. We do ask that you are present at our Leuven office at least once a week.
