Depending on your area of expertise You will be either allocated on our main project ATRIAS or in other projects. In both cases you will work in dynamic (agile/scum) environement as Process Analyst. The domain of application and expertise researched is Retail domain which means : contracting of customers; move from one place to another; tariff conversion; billing , dunning and customer contacts.
IN GENERAL ANALYST TASKS INCLUDE
- Analysis, improvement & optimization the Process
- Participate in a scrum team to the development end to end of the solution : analysis, design (as business contact), testing
- Your main deliverables are:
- User Stories : mainly requirements and acceptance criteria o Comprehensive process documentation (based on internal guidelines) o Test Scenarios and Impact Analysis
COMPETENCES
- Expertise of the Belgian Energy sector process is a must
- Expertise in Retail (Customer) processes is a big plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a big plus
- Result driven
- Good communicator and capacity to mobilize users for improvements
- Proven experience in process improvement with or without IT implementation
- Capacity to analyze indicators, process, user behavior, customer feedback and identify improvement and optimization
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Belgian Utility process
- Experience with SAP-ISU (metering, structuring)
- Experience with Customer Relation Management (Salesforce,…)
- MIG 6.0 or MIG 4.0
- Process improvement methology
