Among the different markets we serve, we are the main applications supplier of the Calltaking & Dispatching solutions for the Belgian Federal and Local Police in the context of the emergency radio network ASTRID. As a key actor, we contribute substantially to the harmonization of the unique European 112 Emergency number for all the citizen's Emergency needs'

Due to the continuous growth, we are urgently looking for a Senior Software Engineer for an immediate start on-site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and maintain solutions into customers production environments;
• Provide first and second line support;
• Be involved in the guard duty service;
• Work on Incident resolution & reporting and identify temporary and long-term solutions;
• Deliver high quality standards services;
• Maintain and develop personal effectiveness;
• Customer satisfaction focus;
• Service Level Agreements satisfaction focus;

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software maintenance;
• Knowledge and administration of WEB sites and services i
• Knowledge and administration of Operating System (Windows Server and Desktop)
• Knowledge of database MS SQL Server 2012 or higher and Oracle 11g or higher;
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages;
• Initiative and dynamic attitude, team player;
• Able to plan and carry out by his/her own multiple work assignments while respecting deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
• Languages skills: French, Dutch and English (German is a plus);
• Knowledge of the emergency world (Police, Fire Brigade, Civilian Protection…) is a plus;
• Computer Aided Dispatch, GIS, Radio, and/or Telephony software experience is a plus;
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus
