IT Project Manager - Strategic Organisational Initiative

Ypto is searching for a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee a key project focused on optimizing organizational structures and fostering stronger collaboration across the company. This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in IT service management (ITSM) and project leadership to contribute to a strategic transformation within a dynamic organization, which is part of SNCB.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Champion Organizational Change: Guide the development and implementation of a project designed to enhance efficiency and collaboration across Ypto
  • Lead Project Execution: Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Navigate Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and trade union representatives. Facilitate clear communication and address any concerns effectively
  • Foster Synergy: Leverage your understanding of ITSM to identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and creating a more cohesive work environment

The Ideal Candidate Possesses:

  • A Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a similar field (or demonstrably equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth understanding of ITSM principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall) and relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, software solutions, and key IT domains (Infrastructure, Telecom, Application, Solution).
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and successful work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and effectively manage expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to anticipating and mitigating challenges.
  • Experience working with unions is a plus.
  • Fluency in French and/or Dutch and English (speaking and writing).
