Scope

As a UX/UI Designer, you are in charge of defining all the user interactions with EVS products, services, and global ecosystem. You are involved in all steps of the product development process, high-level scoping, technical specification, analysis, implementation, test, and documentation. You can deliver or contribute to a large variety of services such as User Research and Workshops, Interaction Design, Prototype, Mockup etc. The UX / UI Designer also guarantees consistency between all EVS products for graphic design, interaction, and functionality. You are part of a new global UX/UI team interacting with different departments of the company, leading us towards a fully design-driven approach.

Job Description

• Define customer/user journey mapping

• Support products/solutions managers in new products scoping and definition based on

• Contribute to regular customers/users testing and workshops animation

• Build UI improvement plan for existing

• Build prototypes and functional/non-functional mockup together with the Product Managers and Owners

• Provide visual design guidelines for all EVS products, services, and ecosystems ensuring consistent users journey across different solutions

• Collaborate with the Product teams to conduct user tests

• Evangelize and is a mentor to the delivery teams (R&D, IS, Operations, Third Party) and different products teams for user-centered design/experience aspects

• Interact with all products and solutions stakeholders (users, clients, Product Managers/Owners, R&D, QC, and Technical Writers)

• Collaborate with user community teams

Profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in UX/UI and service design
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, etc.. is a must
• Experience in the video and/or broadcast/media industry is a plus

• Very good knowledge of UX/UI design principles and able to suggest new ideas

• UX/UI design certification is a plus
• Able to adapt communication to multiple stakeholders from various business departments (Product Owner/Manager, developers, Marketing, …)
• Collaborate closely with other team members
• Able to take a high-level view across the complete product line
