Technical Expert

In the IT Servicing Tribe we enable a great End-To-End cross segments servicing experience for our customers, technicians and agents through state-of-the-art platforms.

The main platforms in Servicing that enable interactions with our customers, agents or technicians are:

  • ServiceNow - incident and problem handling
  • OpenText - Digital Communications
  • Genesys/Digital Assistant/Google AI - Contact Center Solutions
  • IFS - Field Services
  • CDB/PTY - Customer Data Platforms

In order to accelerate our innovative and fast-growing implementations, we are looking for future colleagues with a solid IT/Business experience and background who want to take up the challenge to become a subject matter expert in the Servicing domain. Your personal development journey will be supported by specific technical courses on the above market-leading platforms, on the job training and peer-coaching.

As a key member of our squads, you ensure facts and details are correct so that the squad deliverables will meet the needs of the stakeholders. You leverage the out-of-the-box platform capabilities and you bring these to the stakeholders as possible solutions to their business needs.


  • You are responsible to bring IT solutions to the business needs in line with the company strategy
  • You leverage the Out-of-the-box capabilities of the platforms
  • You use your technical/platform experience as a foundation to further extend your business knowledge
  • You like working with new cloud technologies and you follow the market trends
  • You operate in an agile context and work closely with Product Owners, Process- and IT-architects
  • You provide oversight throughout the whole implementation and foster Built-In Quality
  • You take ownership on solutions and make decisions allowing faster flow of work

You have a Master in Information Technology, Data Science- or Business engineering, or equivalent through experience.

  • You have a bachelor or master's degree or equivalent by experience
  • You have a solid background in an IT/technical/Process or Project delivery role
  • You have strong analytical skills and anticipate the impact of possible solutions to complex problems.

  • Customer centricity is part of your nature.
  • You value communication and collaboration with others.
  • Good knowledge (both oral and written) of English as well as Dutch or French.
