Oliver James is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for one of our clients in the NPO sector, with strong capabilities. The position is open for permanent.

Oliver James is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to strengthen the team in place especially on "employee experience" solutions especially but not only including Training Management Systems, Salesforce, Adfinity (accounting application). Our client offers a competitive salary and package, in line with your experience, with 2-3 days remote per week.

What will you do ?

• Analysing and translating needs
• Contribute to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
• Collaborating with the different stakeholders, internal and external
• Translating business needs to user stories
• Modelling high level data

Who are you ?

• Experience in the IT services industry
• Experience with Salesforce
• Bridging IT solutions with internal customers
• Knowledge and practice of Scrum and Prince II methodologies (certificate is a plus but not mandatory)
• Team player
• Analytical, logical and methodological skills
