For one of our client located in neighborhood of Brussels, we are looking for a React Developer to work in an Agile and multicultural software development team.

The position is open to both employees and freelancers.

• You will collaborate with all stakeholders from product definition to running in production in a DevOps collaborative mindset.
• You will be part of a Scrum team and participate actively in all its agile rituals, embedding several cross-functional skills in same dev squad.

• Create innovative & high quality technical solutions and architecture that will be delivered through scrum iterations.

• You don't only write code, you own it and you feel responsible for the software you build
• For you, testing is of utmost importance; better yet, you think automated testing is the way forward in order for you to fully concentrate on writing software instead of focusing on debugging.
• From time to time, you are not afraid to plunge into old code (written in antique languages like VBScript/ASP); however, they are re-writing all theirr applications with .NET Core and ASP.NET Core in micro-services.

Technical skills

Must have

• Experience with the following front-end technologies: React, ES6, TypeScript & WebPack
• Experience with front-end development tools such as Babel, NPM and being used to work with any kind of source control tool

Fluent in English

Good to have

• You're open to integrate your work with ASP.Net, SOA basics or such basics
• Knowledge in and ideally experience with C# and .NET (framework or core)
• Experience with enzyme/Jest and React Testing Library
• You are comfortable with styled-components and RESTful API’s
• You master Gitflow and you’re comfortable with Atlassian suite (Jira, confluence, Bitbucket)
