The Product Owner Lead is accountable for maximizing the future and current customer value creation by defining, developing and prioritizing the deliverables and enablers of his/her squad's backlog to reach the tribe objectives.

Responsible for 3 squads, 2 of which will be managed by Product Owners and one of which by yourself, your objectives in the following domains are :

• Security services: Develop a single security service catalogue across the different affiliates and across the Benelux (Proximus, Telindus Lux, Telindus NL, Umbrio, DSI), offering both "technical capabilities as a service" (e.g. firewall as a service) and "ongoing knowledge services" (e.g. managed detection & respond, care services) as part of the portfolio.
• Hybrid cloud: Develop and implement the Benelux strategy for Hybrid Cloud, providing professional customers with a digital experience on hybrid Cloud (private and public cloud) with automated provisioning of workloads in the public cloud or hosted in a private datacenter in Belgium.
• Secure public cloud: Develop and implement the secure public cloud partnership with HCL across the Benelux providing professional customers with a complete public cloud offering across different providers such as MSFT, AWS & Google.

• You will develop owned product(s) vision and synchronize it with tribe leads and other relevant POs
• You will scope MVP considering existing resource constraints and sustained development of product
• You will maximize value of the product/service through its development & implementation
• You will maintain the expected quality level through the entire process based on defined acceptance criteria
• You will ensure that risks and compliance aspects are identified and managed
• You will build squad backlog in terms of user stories, prioritize its items to achieve business goals and continuously keep backlog up-to-date
• You will facilitate squad meetings to update product backlog and understanding & interact with other teams, squads and tribes through ceremonies to support cross-team tasks and to break silo's
• You will create an atmosphere of confidence & trust to stimulate experimentation, learning & motivation in reaching the objectives.
• Actively participate to the customers presentations as the Subject Matter Expert & drive revenue
• Be one of the living & public figures representing Proximus Cybersecurity & Cloud ambitions on the ICT market

• You have a very strong technical/market knowledge in Security (primary focus) as well as in Cloud to support the tribe's mission
• You are creative, customer-focus & an excellent story-teller
• You have a strong business acumen
