The Job:
As a member of the Infrastructure:
- You will provide new employees with computer systems and access to network resources.
- You will deliver IT training to new starters.
- You will troubleshoot and managing software installations and upgrades.
- You will support our external user community when using RHEA services and applications.
- You will help plan and implement IT projects.
The Profile:
- Relevant qualification in the field of IT/Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
- Fluency in English and French.
