In the data warehouse team, we are looking for a senior engineering coordinator.  The scope is about coordination of new business projects and resolution of production issues. The person will be integrated in a small team and will be in contact with Business stakeholders, onshore and offshore teams.  He or she has the responsibility of a correct, standardized development delivery and operational follow-up within his/her business context.  In the DWH team, we strive to combine business concepts and develop well reflected systems to respond a maximum to our business clients’ reporting needs. 

The key missions of a BI data engineering team coordinator are
 

• Coordination of the developments in scope of one or more functional domains in collaboration with the business client, IS business teams and the team colleagues;
• Ensuring the quality of the developments (respect of defined development standards, testing requirements);
• Planning of the activities by using the internal tools;
• Understanding the functional domain of a business line;
• Master the applicative BI domain of a business line;
• Gathering the business requirements and define solutions with the client;
• Assisting in design of the different data patrimonies and keep it coherent in time;
• Assisting and/or taking the lead in creating and communication of status reports, project plans, risk mitigation plans,…

• Understanding of and experience with Azure cloud (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Flow) 
•  Good computer skills, proficient with Microsoft BI Tools (PowerBI)
• Mastering scheduling principles and techniques (CTRL/M). 
• Experience in coordination of small development teams
• Understanding development life cycles
• Good organizational skills with demonstrated ability to deliver data  oriented projects on time and on budget.   
• Experience in data modelling techniques trough projects is a plus
