HCM SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Join Capgemini as an experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect. You will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions for our clients across various industries. You will collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of HR transformation initiatives.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions, including modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and Compensation.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements, and translate them into scalable and sustainable SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical design documentation to guide the implementation team.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices, configuration options, and system integrations to optimize the functionality of SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
  • Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors features, enhancements, and industry trends to continuously improve solution design and delivery capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to drive HR transformation and business value through SuccessFactors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree combined with SuccessFactors end-to-end project experience.
  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Solution Architect, with in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, features, and capabilities.
  • Strong expertise in SuccessFactors implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • A native speaker of Dutch or French and professional working proficiency in English
