NN Insurance Services Belgium has recently undergone a complete IT transformation, with the entire IT landscape running in the Cloud. To keep this landscape secure and to demonstrate that we are (and will remain) in perfect control, NN Insurance Services Belgium is looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Security Officer who dares to take on a challenge in arapidly changing environment!

What impact will you have as a IT Security Officer NN?

You will:

• Be responsible for the security of the IT systems, assisted by our IT professionals.
• Be responsible for understanding, interpreting, implementing, and monitoring the NN IT Control Framework, through which we demonstrate to our regulator, to NN Group, and to our distribution partners that we are in control of our IT processes, our IT applications, and our IT partnerships.
• Be responsible for performing various security and safety controls, and reporting the results to the relevant stakeholders.
• Further shape the IT security strategy, and follow the applicable practices in the market.
• Identify possible breaches and risks and follow them up until they are resolved.
• Create and disseminate the necessary awareness within the entire organization.
• To be the point of contact for the entire organization with regard to IT security and the control framework.
• Report hierarchically to the IT responsible, and work closely with the Risk and Compliance Officers.

What do you have to offer as IT Security Officer?

You have

• A university degree or equivalent through experience.
• A proven (technical) experience of at least 3 years in a function in which you have had extensive contact with IT security (as ITSO or within a security department).
• An excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. French is an additional asset but not a must.
• The ability to process large amounts of information in a quick and structured way.
• The ability to think and act in a solution-oriented and pragmatic way, whereby the growth of the company, the entrepreneurship and the motivation of the IT teams go hand in hand with the security requirements.
• Knowledge of standards such as ISAE3402 or ISO 27001 and similar.
• Knowledge of or experience in the financial market is a plus but not a must.

• A highly analytical, structured and flexible person.

• Integrity, professionalism, collegiality and able to explain the risk or issue clearly and understandably.
• Passionate in your interest in security and control.
• Persistent and you like precision.
