Functional Analyst Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

As we have strategically chosen for D365 & D365 for F&O at Isabel Group for supporting Sales, Customer Support, Marketing and Finance & Accounting Services we are building a center of competence on Dynamics within our Digital Workplace team.

Therefor we are looking for a MS D365 Functional Analyst.

Your role

You will:

• Manage all aspects of the MS D365 system and will take ownership on the end-to-end CRM process (Marketing, Sales & Customer Service)
• Communicate with business stakeholders to ensure the solution design meets the requirements
• Build & maintain strong relationships with key business users to identify opportunities for further improvements
• Document requirements & processes (BPM or equivalent)
• Assist in the project planning process (estimation of development effort, allocation of dev & test tasks)
• Identify risks & participate in defining risk mitigation activities
• Evaluate new products & 3d party components
• Maintain lean documentation (relevant & useful)

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master with a proven track record in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English AND Dutch or English AND French
• As you will combine deep functional & technical knowledge of MS D365 (and the wider Microsoft stack), it’s essential you have experience with: MS D365, .NET(C#), ASP.net (MVC), SQL Server
• Strong analytical skills & experience with gathering business requirements
• Good understanding of core project management principles and the overall software development lifecycle
• Hands-on, initiative taker with a true problem-solving mentality
