Our client in Mechelen region is an innovative international company, a true leader in the technical industry. The company culture is more formal yet very warm. Collaboration is focused on professional and personal growth. At this moment, they are very urgently looking for someone to structure their data flows to generate valuable insights for the business (sales, HR, Finance,…). You will have the opportunity to take up a lot of responsibility in a new project, were task will evolve throughout the realization.

Your Added Value

  • You will set up the SQL structure beginning from the current data flows
  • Based on your communication with different departments – Sales, HR, Finance,… - you will understand the reporting needs
  • After collecting and mapping the data, you will transform it into valuable insights, based on specific needs
  • When everything runs smoothly, you will be responsible for knowledge transfer to colleagues
  • In the last stage you will be the SPOC for SQL related inquiries
    – > Really being an internal ‘data consultant’ for managers/staff

This Sounds Like You

  • No higher education needed, but it’s a plus
  • Focus => experience in SQL (minimum 2years) – You are confident to take individual decisions
  • Keywords of your personality: Reliability, initiative, responsibility, sincere attitude, organized, clear communication
  • You are both a "lone wolf" and a teamplayer
  • Excellent English - No Dutch or French required

  • A first Video interview with the very kind HR responsible, with a focus on soft skills and company fit
  • Final interview with the manager to go more into technical aspect
  • A salary proposal – No car included, yet a higher than average salary + yearly bonus
