For one of our client located in Brussels, we are looking for a Business Analyst with excellent communication skills to work in an Agile Software development team for a long term assignment.
The position is open to both employees and freelancers.
The Mission
Within the Agile way of working, you are a part of a multidisciplinary team grouping the necessary competences to define, build, test and implement the IT solutions in the agreed timeframe.
Your challenge
- You define and implement new IT solutions linked to the support businesses such as compliance, Legal, Communication,...

You collect, understand and assess criticaly the needs of the external and internal stakeholders, including IT

You consolidate and standardise these needs as input for the developing teams, always taking into account the technical limitations

You assure the overall business value of the delivered solution

You continuously challenge and improve existing IT solutions to increase customer experience, efficiency & compliance with policies and regulations

You perform change management activities linked to the activities above

You debate and communicate with the stakeholders within the business lines and other department and regularly keep in touch with the reality of the operational colleagues

You make and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting,...) documentation needed for a uniform execution, incident solving and support
What we expect from you
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have experience in implementing and analyzing IT solutions
- A knowledge or experience with SQL, MS Access, Java and/or .NET will be highly appreciated
- You have a good knowledge of English, AND Dutch or French
