For one of our Customers in the telco business, we are currently looking for a Site Quality Controller.

Role description:

The Site Quality Controller works closely together with the engineers to successfully complete the roll-out of the mobile network construction sites. S/he is the first point of escalation to ensure timely delivery

Required Responsibilities:

• Takes part in the site verification and escalates immediately in case of issues related to the planning, contractors, colleagues or third parties
• Provides regular feedback on the site checks to the engineer, architect & contractor and own management
• Performs audits on outstanding items and goes onsite to confirm solutions have been put in place according to plan
• By means of checklists and pictures, comments and discrepancies are being mapped and documented into the internal system of the customer
• Supports the contractors and internal collaborators onsite to follow-up on the antenna specifications with the aim to improve on the quality of the installations
• Ensures that safety measures are being followed by the contractors to avoid unsafe working conditions and immediately reports any safety breaches
• Maintains a correct and efficient administration on all required reports, documents and check lists related to the site
   

Your profile:

Degree & Experience:

• BA in Electronics
• Technical background
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in mobile network construction sites

Technical skills:

• Must have:
• Mobile site build quality technical skills
• IP address modification skills
• Basic PC/IT skills
• Nice to have:
• Electricity AC/DC power knowledge

Attitudes/Behaviour:

• Good communicator both by email and in person on all required reports and documents, and verbal detailed explanations to the collaborators

Languages:

• Mother tongue FR or NL with good knowledge of EN
