Role description

Every day, Randstad Digital is looking for IT-talent to strengthen our teams. To be able to match the right skills and mindset to our needs, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team of recruitment superstars. You will be joining our recruitment tribe Digital & Product Engineering and will thus be focusing on software / embedded development profiles. 

As a recruiter at Randstad Digital, you will be looking for the ideal candidates to join our talent chapters. You enthuse both employees and freelancers for our projects, which means that you get a lot of responsibilities within this challenging job. 

  • The right candidates do not come out of the blue, so a large part of your time is spent actively looking for them through various channels (job boards, job fairs, network events, social media campaigns, referral campaigns, etc.)
  • You will proactively create and maintain a network of IT-professionals, more specifically software and embedded engineers, digital project managers, product owners, scrum masters and testers.
  • You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. This means that you will screen and interview candidates. You will also make sure technical tests or screenings are planned. And after you have found the ideal match, you will execute the rate negotiation or work out a salary package for the candidate.
  • Finally, you will participate in various initiatives, projects and events that improve our operations and enable us to attract candidates in a creative way.
  • You've probably noticed by now: we are looking for a recruiter who is an all-rounder, who can think outside the box and who takes proactive action to achieve our goals together with the team.

Profile description

  • You have relevant experience in IT-recruitment (minimum one year of experience within digital or product engineering) or you have a strong technical background yourself and you wish to make the switch towards the wondrous world of recruitment.
  • You are driven, independent, result-oriented and a go-getter.
  • You can express yourself easily in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus but definitely not a must.
  • You are able to work from our office in Leuven (2 days per week) but are aware that we have a flexible work from home policy.
