Do you think you are capable of becoming Belgium’s champion in Java?

The first round is played online. Our finalists will then compete for the 2018 Champion Java title at the Finals.

The finals will take place on the 15th of May at FPS Finance HQ. 40 finalists (20 Professionals + 20 Students) will be invited for the finals.

How to participate?

Registration is open during the entire duration of the challenge. You only need to register on EDITx.

How is the challenge organized?

You will have 15 minutes to give the correct answer to as many questions as you can. The questions will be multiple-choice with one good answer.

The challenge allows two options: the "50/50", in which the computer eliminates half of the answers and "Ask the Challengers", in which the percentage of the challengers choosing each specific option is displayed to you.

After you complete the Java Challenge, you will see your result for that Challenge immediately, but not the answers. We are emailing the details of the scores to all players at the end of the Challenge, so that the answers can't be shared among players during the Challenge.

If you are qualified or if you rank among the 20 best participants, your name, first name and score will be posted on the leaderboard and announced to all the challengers via the Challenge Results email. There will be two leaderboards: a global leaderboard ranking all the participants and a leaderboard dedicated to the students. The name and firstname of the 20 best students will be visible to anyone at the end of the challenge.
