You will work for a market-leading, state-of-the-art software platform, as a full-time Software Integration Consultant for our client located in Belgium.
You will be responsible for handling end-to-end software implementation, enhancement and customization projects, developing in-depth procedures and scripting to provide tailored solutions that meet client-specific requirements, and training customers.To succeed in this role, you must be able to analyze customer business needs and easily translate them into technical concepts. A major part of your work will involve continuous communication with clients and developing good relationships with them throughout the duration of a given project.
- Organize and lead customer needs assessment meetings to gather and understand client objectives
- Lead solution implementations from beginning to end, including testing, go-live and post-implementation support
- Support customers throughout the go-live process; conduct client training sessions
- Ensure that each project is completed on time, on budget and meets customer expectations
- Participate in software release projects; provide constructive feedback to the software development team
Profile:
- Native or fluent Dutch and French language speaker (verbal and written)
- Experience working for an IT company
- Knowledge of SQL
