We are currently looking for a Team Leader to manage the Video-conferencing team, in Brussels.

As Video-conferencing Team Leader acting for one of our European Institutions client, you will be responsible to supervise the team of the Video Conferencing technicians in the day-to-day activities. You will manage and solve with your team the incidents and requests.

YOUR ROLE:

• Provide the technical expertise and the leadership across the operational Video-conferencing activities.
• Prepare with your team the interventions plan following the incidents, requests tickets or user demands.
• Coordinate the activities, the resources planning with the other departments and with the Client,
• Communicate proactively with the Client to report the incidents, the activities…
• Be proactive with possible improvements actions in tools and processes to increase the efficiency of your team
• Prepare activity reports to comply with the contracts KPI and SLA
• Develop operational plan to submit to the Client in order to improve the User satisfaction with the Video-conferencing experience
• Ensure that data and documentation are accurate and maintained close to 100% resilience and reliability
• Be accountable to manage the P&L of your Team,

YOUR PROFILE:

• 5+ years of experience as a Team Leader
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Video Conferencing infrastructures
• Must have working experience with European Institutions
• ITIL Certified
• Proven ability to engage/influence key stakeholders and articulate value proposition
• Service minded attitude, high sense of responsibility, trustworthy
• High degree of autonomy, able to take decisions as needed by local operations
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of both French and English (in speech and reading/writing)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Cisco, Microsoft Teams.
