Technical Tribe Lead

We are looking for Technical Tribe Leads, who will work closely together with the Tribe lead, product owners and squads in segment or product tribes.

He/she steers the development teams and collaborates with the tribe lead to design modular, scalable solutions that address customer needs.
He/she develops the right strategies together with the tribe' squads to deliver desired technical outcomes and to determine what work needs to get done, how much to invest in which efforts, and how to prioritize opportunities.

In details,

  • You will steer the development squads (digital, catalogue, SFS…) allocated to a segment or product tribe (eg residential, sme, omnisales…)
  • You will design and maintain the Tribe technical roadmap
  • You understand both business priorities and technical issues and have a realistic view of schedules and deliverables.
  • You will work closely with product owners to design features and prioritize tasks.
  • You will assemble releases and drive improvements in release processes.
  • You will support teams by answering to technical blocks/questions raised by the squads
  • You will proactively manage & resolve impediments with all stakeholders
  • You will facilitate effective collaboration, also with other teams in business/IT
  • You will Mentor the squads on completing their assignments
 

Your profile:

  • You are an experienced IT leader with strong technical capabilities (deep knowledge in diverse IT & technology areas)
  • You understand the business very well and ability to translate the business vision in technical/IT requirements
  • You have strong communication, coaching & negotiation skills.
  • You can create an efficient work atmosphere based on trust and have the ability to resolve conflicts.
  • You have Agile leadership skills (certification is a plus).
