About the role...
As a member of Destiny's Service Team, you'll be at the heart of our company, ensuring that our customers receive the exceptional assistance they deserve.
You will have Inspirational Responsibilities:
- Be a true team player, putting the customer first with creativity and enthusiasm
- Handle complex incident tickets and solve customer problems with agility
- Participate in our 24/7 on-call rotation, ensuring customer support around the clock
- Supervise equipment installations and replacements at customer premises, managing infrastructure configurations
- Take a proactive approach to continuously improve our Service Team and drive internal projects for process evolution
What we're looking for in you...
- First experience in a helpdesk or service desk role, ready to be part of a communications revolution
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar knowledge, along with fluency in Dutch or French additionally to English
- Experience and knowledge of Linux, SIP protocols, and open standards are an important asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment and ensure an excellent customer experience
