You will be our client’s Manager of the SharePoint Competency Center, you will combine the roles of Project Lead and Team Lead.
- As a Project Lead you will lead various implementation projects based on SharePoint (SharePoint Server or SharePoint Online) from A to Z : from presales to the development of a concept, construction of the actual application, management of the changes, commissioning;
- You will set the schedule and you will monitor the deadlines;
- You will facilitate and ensure communication between all parties involved in the project;
- You will closely monitor the budget and you will check the quality of your project;
- You will report on your projects to the management in a regular and structured manner;
- You will ensure problems are reported/escalated.
- As a Team Lead you will coordinate and motivate your team of both internal employees and external consultants;
- You will manage the team's capacity planning and you will ensure the correct allocation of resources;
- You will contribute to the recruitment of the right resources;
- You will guarantee the proper functioning of the team.
- As the manager of our client’s SharePoint Competency Center, you will proactively ensure the development of the team's competencies in order to align them with the future needs;
- You will ensure knowledge sharing and reuse within the projects that are managed by the team;
- You will organize events at the initiative of the competence center, such as the G-Cloud SharePoint User Group.
- You obtained a Master's degree and you have a passion for SharePoint, Microsoft technologies (Teams, Office 365, ...) and collaborative tools;
- You have several years of professional experience in IT, especially in project management;
- You are familiar with Agile development methods;
- You have a sense of responsibility, you are customer and result oriented;
- You know how to bring together and how to lead a team;
- You have good communication and writing skills;
- You are persistent and you have a great talent for negotiation;
- You are fluent in Dutch and French, you have at least passive knowledge of English.
