Program Manager

  • Responsible for Supporting the program director in program steering and overseeing

 

  • Main missions:

    • Plan & manage Governance committees

    • Coordinate Program activities and support the Program Director in the organization/delivery of the Program

    • Ensure all dimensions of the Program are under control and executed according to planning

    • Support the Program Director in the preparation of various meetings (30 minutes with, Governance meeting, OPIARCC, SPC…)

    • Monitor Program Progress & Risks

    • Support the Program director in communication and stakeholders management

    • Centralizing and delivering information to the right stakeholders

Skills/experience

  • 5 to 10 years experience in project/program management

  • Ability to switch from Strategic-level discussions to Detailed-level of issues ("Helicopter view")

  • Being influential to ensure effective execution of decisions by other team members (even when there is no line of authority over them)

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to document and present information in a concise and business-oriented manner (e.g. for senior management)

  • Strong leadership skills
