So, our customer gives consultancy, advisory and propose optimization in the ICT domain :

• As business analyst you listen to the clients their needs, expectations and dreams. You assess the current situation. You search for the adequate solution to fill in the gaps of the client's ICT environment in the several departments like Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, .... You identify, analyse and propose solutions to challenges the clients are facing with regard to their business processes. You study the procedures and systems currently in place.
• As functional analyst you translate the business needs into functional requirements. You collect, consolidate, analyze and prioritize customer requirements. 
• As technical analyst your translate them into technical specifications. You support the developers and the testers. 
• As project manager you assist the client from the beginning of the project and during the implementations. You guide de client during the change process. 

• You have an Engineering or Master degree ( ICT, Economics, ...).
• Expertise in the Utilities, Retails , Industry or Healthcare domain as consultant is desirable.
• You speak fluently Dutch and English. French is an asset.
• Familiar or experience with BPMN and UML.
• Knowledge of programming languages ( Java, .NET, ...) are assets.
• Certificates such as Prince2, Scrum, ITIL, ...are assets
• Strategic thinker!
• You have an analytical mindset.
• You perform best in a flexible work environment.
• You have a business process management approach.
• Experience with enterprise and software architecture are assets
• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude. 
• You are familiar with the Agile approach.
• Strong writing skills to write user manuals and other documentations or reports. 
• Strong communication skills to train existing users in new capabilities.
