Within the Core & Communication Solutions (CCS) division, we design, manage and maintain our customers' platforms and applications. The Voice Core domain is undergoing a transformation due to the convergence of fixed and mobile technologies on the one hand and the migration of our platforms in the "Telco Cloud" on the other. To achieve these ambitious goals, we are looking for a passionate Team Manager for the Voice Interconnect Team. This team is responsible for the Voice Interconnect Platforms (interconnect Proximus - OLOs, MVNOs) and the linked security platforms (SIP Fire Walls, Call Shield).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• People manager: directing, monitoring and motivating the people within your team.
• Close cooperation and consultation with your colleagues within the domain and division
• Maintain good contacts with stakeholders inside and outside Proximus.
• Define and follow up technical projects within your team.
• Preparation and follow-up of operational and investment budgets.
• Follow up on contracts and (re)negotiate them when necessary.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in telecom, or equivalent through experience.
• Ideally 3 years of experience in telecom and preferably in the voice domain.
• First experience in people management is a must.
• Experience in Agile techniques (Kanban).
• Excellent people manager and team player attitude.
• You are fluent in communication and strong in maintaining relationships with other parties. You speak fluently Dutch / French / English.
• You are looking for a challenge in the rapidly evolving voice platform architecture and you want to continuously learn.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate.
• Solution and result oriented.
• Stress resistant and flexible.
