The Recruitment and Mobility Department, consisting of 50 members spread over the various countries and locations within the CGI Strategic Business Unit, works with the local Business Units to provide recruitment expertise and contribute to the attractiveness of future talents for the CGI group. Reporting hierarchically to the Recruitment and Mobility Department, you work specifically for Belgium based in Diegem. With a workforce of nearly 2,000 people, this entity has ambitious growth challenges. You operate in a competitive environment where you highlight your ability to convince and demonstrate your business affinities. You will co-build and be a business partner. You work in a team and your role is to accompany and support the BU for the achievement of recruitment objectives, ensure the quality of recruitment data and manage the recruitment activities from an operational point of view.

Mission

In close collaboration with the operational/business managers of the sectors and the ambition to recruit >85 new colleagues in the coming months, your main mission is:

• Manage and lead the multi-site sector recruitment activities,

• Manage all recruitment activities in order to:

  • Identify the needs with CGI hiring managers, define profiles of candidates and sourcing strategies during preliminary meetings with the business
  • Implement all the activities required to achieve the Belgian recruitment objectives (qualitative and quantitative) by combining the group recruitment policy and business challenges.
  • Manage, maintain and follow-up of the Induction programs

• Guarantee the application of the CGI recruitment model compliance with associated procedures and tools, including administrative follow-up

• Guarantee the reliability and quality of recruitment reports in our internal tools and analyze recruitment indicators on the managed perimeters,

• Develop and manage relations with schools/alumni in the areas concerned

Profile

• Higher education with 10 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a consulting and /or IT service company

• Expertise with tough recruitment volumes in a volatile market (head hunting).

• Mastering the use of the candidate tracking system (NJOYN) as well as being familiar with the latest research tools and methods (social networks, job boards, etc.)

• Comfortable with reporting analysis activities and KPIs monitoring. You have the ability to analyze them in order to monitor progress, refine strategies, assess the effectiveness of joint business and recruitment team actions.

• You are passionate about recruitment and in addition, you have managerial skills.

• You act as a confident business partner and you understand the business’ commercial and operational strategy, knowing how to advise them thanks to your expertise in recruitment.

• You work in collaboration with your HR colleagues.

• Hands-on in the daily operations, including the administrative tasks related to the recruitment process and creation of new hires in the systems.
