- Customer set-up for operations and monitoring
- Set-up of and migrations to Azure
- Automation of operations tasks
- Solve incidents on infrastructure and monitoring
- Root cause analysis of problems in the solutions (operations/monitoring)
- Execute the standard enterprise processes (CMDB, ITIL processes)
- Write/update Technical Documentation about the implementation of the solution
- Participate to on-call process.
- Operating System knowledge: Microsoft and if possible, also Linux
- Azure: Knowledge of the Azure cloud, including networking to the cloud
- Basic Tools knowledge: Wsus, SCCM and other Microsoft tools
- Basic Scripting knowledge: PowerShell
- Basic Technical Writer skills
- Team player
