Support specialist

As a Support Specialist, you are responsible for analysing and resolving complex IT incidents and problems for the customers division.

You manage IT solutions, implement changes and support project delivery.

You will advise and provide quality technical expertise to customers, foster trust and build as well as maintain strong relationships with them.

In which areas will you outperform?

  1. You analyze and resolve complex incidents and problems that are assigned to your resolver group.
  2. You manage and optimize the customer IT solutions and services
  3. You collaborate with other support groups and vendors to solve complex problems
  4. You have a broad experience in Cloud, networking and infrastructure technologies such as M365, Azure, , ...
  5. You have excellent troubleshooting skills that allow you to resolve incidents without breaching SLA.
  6. You understand the importance of Knowledge Management, and contribute to this by writing and updating documentation and procedures, and coaching your colleagues to improve their skillset

 

 

  • You have proven experience in managing and supporting large and complex Windows server environments.
  • You have proven experience in Exchange - Azure - Office 365
  • You have experience in using a deployment infrastructure
  • You demonstrate very good knowledge of one or more of these areas: HP / DELL / LENOVO hardware, antivirus infrastructure, virtualization, backup, etc.
  • You know the clustering and load balancing solutions
  • Experience with CCNA is a nice to have.
  • Experience with Citrix is a nice to have. 
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch. You also have a good knowledge of English.
  • Bachelor degree in ICT
