  • If someone has a technical problem or an IT question, you are ready to help them out. Whether it’s via phone or email, you can find a solution to every problem!
  • Thanks to the ticketing system, you keep a clear overview of all problems and user questions. You log the different problems in the CRM system.
  • Most issues you can fix right away. When you encounter a more complex problem, you don’t hesitate to ask your second line colleagues for help.
  • You make sure all (security) updates are done on time.
  • There’s always room for improvement in customer support and systems management. You proactively brainstorm about possible improvements, and you’re not afraid to speak your mind.
  • You know how to work with different IT systems such as Exchange, SQL, ISA, Active Directory, antivirus, anti-spam, back-up, switches, telephony …

Profile:

  • Preferably, you have a degree in IT. If you don’t have an IT degree, but you do have a strong interest in this sector, you are definitely also a viable candidate.
  • Your motto is: teamwork makes the dreamwork. But you can also work well on your own.
  • The Microsoft environment doesn’t have any secrets for you. You also have some general knowledge of networking software (Windows 10 / server 2012-2016-2019, Cisco, Routing, Switching …)
  • You’re great at analyzing problems.
  • You are très communicative in plusieurs talen! You are fluent in Dutch (C1), French (B2) as well as English (B1)
  • You are always looking to learn more about new technologies and trends.
