SuccessFactors Consultant - French Speaker (M/F/X)

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Provide guidance and expertise on HR business processes, from process design through to process execution

 

  • Provide expert advice on SuccessFactors functionality in relation to the HR processes in scope

 

  • Lead conversations with key HR stakeholders to understand as-is environment and advise on strategic and tactical roadmap with suitable solutions

 

  • Autonomously work with your client counterpart to understand requirements, deduce work products and deliverables from these, followed by solution design and configuration the client’s SuccessFactors products Conduct technical analysis of integrated or interfacing systems in the SAP SuccesFactors domain

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

You will need to,

  • Have at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors project implementation and delivery experience
  • Have strong SuccessFactors skills with certification in one or more modules of SuccessFactors including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding, Compensation and Variable Pay, Performance and Goal Management, Succession and Career Development, Learning, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics
  • Have a strong understanding of HR business processes
  • Be resourceful (when you don’t know something, you feel comfortable finding information by yourself or asking relevant people to help)
  • Be agile (when things change, your first reaction is to stay open and understand the reasons why it changed - thus, you are even OK with things going back the way there were before)
  • Speak Good English
  • Speak Good Professional French
     

It would be nice if you,

  • Have a proven experience in agile delivery methods, application design development, technical architecture, integration, change management, test strategy and execution, cutover planning, cutover execution and deployment
  • Have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
