Sr. ICT Infra Engineer - Dstny Group

As the Team Lead ICT Infra Engineer for our Dstny group, you'll be responsible for managing a team of skilled ICT Infra Engineers and coordinating their work. You'll take ownership of the ICT infrastructure architecture, applications, system- and network equipment, and functionality, ensuring that processes, procedures, and standards are in place to keep our systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and schedule a team of ICT Infra Engineers to deliver excellent IT infrastructure services to all employees of the Dstny Group

  • Be the go-to person for the team of ICT Infra Engineers, providing guidance and support as needed

  • Take ownership and participate in projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to the highest standards

  • Maintain maximum availability for ICT systems and services used within the company

  • Administer, maintain, and configure IT infrastructure, including devices, equipment, and servers

  • Perform maintenance on network, server, and infrastructure components, including daily checks of backups, server/system errors, and interpreting and solving issues

  • Assist in improving systems and professionalizing the ICT department

 

To succeed in this role we believe you have

  • Bachelor's degree in ICT or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT/ICT, and/or similar work experience

  • Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure services and applications, including complex environments

  • Strong technical competencies in IT domains, with a focus on automation methods

  • Expertise in client and server operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, O365, antivirus solutions, virtualization and storage solutions, and network components and functionality

  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities

  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team-based environment

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards change

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
