Solution Lead

Within the Enterprise Business Unit, the 'Enterprise Servicing Solutions' mission is to create winning offers with ICT, Telecom and Outsourcing Services and Solutions for our high-end customers in the Enterprise market.

Proximus is actively searching for people to take up the role of Solution Lead within the 'Enterprise Servicing Solutions' department.

Your role as Solution Lead:

  • You support our high-end customers to achieve their digital transformation ambition.
  • You are responsible for the identification of the needs and objectives of customers.
  • You respond to offer requests with qualitative offers within the set time limits.
  • As part of the core bid team for large tenders, you're accountable for the overall proposed solution. Therefore, you take the lead in the solution definition.
  • You translate the customer needs into an integrated approach based upon the building blocks of the Proximus portfolio and/or its partners.
  • If necessary, you take care of the development of new innovative products and services to meet the needs of your customers.
  • You identify and manage all relevant stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the success of our proposal, you guide them, manage their expectations, and show them the value of our solutions.
  • You work in close collaboration with the other core bid team members to implement the win strategy and create winning offers.
  • You are in the lead of the Solution track, working in close collaboration with the Service and Technical Architects.
  • You challenge the proposals / offers /estimates made by colleagues and partners.
  • You work in close collaboration with the Transition and Transformation Lead.
  • You assure that all cost items related to the Solution are collected in the P&L.
  • You assure that all components of the Solution are validated by the respective delivery teams.
  • You contribute and assure that the Solution is well described in the offer.
  • You are responsible for the identification, the analysis, the qualification, and the quantification of the risks related to the proposed solution.
  • You support product managers by providing information regarding the needs of our customers to anticipate changing market conditions.

 

Your profile:

  • You have taken an important role in the offering or the execution of large projects (>10 million €/year).
  • You have a broad experience in ICT Solutions and Technologies: Telco (Fix, Mobile, Data) networks, Security, UC&C, Cloud Solutions, IOT, …
  • You have experience with best practices and frameworks such as ITIL, SIAM, PMI or Prince2 and TOGAF.
  • You have strong leadership skills.
  • You can take ownership of complex bids.
  • You are customer oriented.
  • You take pride in the quality of your work.
  • You can work in strict time frames.
  • You are eager to discover new technologies.
  • You are comfortable with holistic and conceptual approaches.
  • You have experience in building business cases and financial models.
  • You can work in complex environments with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have excellent negotiating skills.
  • You can describe complex subjects in understandable and easy to read documents.
  • You are assertive and have good communication skills.
  • You are capable to lead and participate in a team.
  • You love challenges that bring you out of your comfort zone.
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
