The Solution Architect will be responsible for the design, implementation and execution of the different projects within the Outsystem Team, working towards supporting and guiding the squad on delivering the committed scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the upstream work and technical design
• Responsible for the delivery of the quarterly roadmap scope to the customers and stakeholders
• Leads the team members on the content/technical related topics
• Trains and coaches and coaches team members on technical content
• Organizes and moderates in closing demos with the customer
• Act as a facilitator between Dev and client on extra refinement
• Responsible for the sprint backlog in terms of the clarity of the requirements
• Manages the team backlog, iteration planning, and refinement of the user stories
• Hold meetings with the squad to update the squad backlog
• Participates actively in the stand up, identifies blockers and helps team members on resolving the blocking issues, enables the progress
• Participates, coaches or leads the Agile Ceremonies
• Leads and owns the sprint planning meetings to manage priorities and, if needed, clarify requirements on deliveries
• Support root cause analysis for continuous improvements
• Active listener, positively challenge the ways of working to be more efficient
• Provides status updates on the epics that have been committed on delivering for the different quarters
• Providing feedback on colleagues to Agile Coach
• Team focused collaboration in an international and agile team
• Making sure the team understands requirements correctly through detailed user stories
• Interaction with other squads, potentially in other tribes within SD Worx
• Responsible for defining necessary competences in the squad together with the scrum master, agile coach, product manager and tribe lead

Knowledge and Skills

• Master’s degree in IT/software engineering
• Strong experience owning and delivering digital Products
• +6 years proven experience in a developer role and +3 years in a lead technical role
• Experience working with Azure DevOps
• Computing skills .NET, C#
• Strong working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Strong working knowledge on building web applications
• Strong communication skills - English with ability to consider and explain complex functional/technical trade-off decisions
• Proven Competences on IT solution design in Business applications
• Proven competence on roadmap execution skills
• Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as high level understanding of high quality digital product delivery
• Agile thinking and working 
• Pragmatic focus on result and achieving the goals
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
