ServiceNow Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for an ServiceNow consultant to participate in projects and services related to the European Public Sector.

We are looking for a professional to work for the International Organizations team, working in a dynamic atmosphere that promotes the professional growth in multinational and multicultural environments.


  • Support the implementation from proposal to delivery.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements and apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution which supports the business process meeting or exceeding the functional requirements.
  • Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution.
  • Supports organizational change management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution.
  • Lead quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met.
  • Work closely with the Solution/Technical Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.
  • Assist or lead test plan development and execution including conducting user acceptance testing ensuring implementation meets client’s requirements.



  • C1 level of English or higher
  • Experience with ITIL environments
  • At least 5 years working in IT
  • Experience with writing of documentation of any kind
  • Experience in multinational and multicultural environments


Nice to have :

  • Experience with development/improvement/consultancy of Governance and ITSM artefacts (e.g. SLAs, quality plans, transition plans, ITSM processes, continuity plans, etc) and tender technical proposals.
  • Experience with service management in any degree (i.e. SMO, team management, service reporting, etc)
  • Experience with any other methodologies or best practices, such as PRINCE2, Agile, DevOps, CMMI, TOGAF, ISO 20000, COBIT, etc.
  • Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
  • Experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards
  • Knowledge of Jira, Remedy, BMC
