Service Manager Datacenter, Infra, Cloud en Netwerk

  • You will manage and optimize the Infrastructure, Cloud environment & Network. You will ensure the follow-up of these domains according to the agreed SLA’s and OLA’s including follow-up of the financial budget;
  • You will report to the Team Lead Business Service Management and you will work in cooperation with the Architecture-, Network- , Data Center - and Infrastructure teams;
  • You will negotiate and monitor SLA’s/OLA's to ensure continuity of services;.
  • You will coordinate the actions internally and you will guarantee follow up;
  • You will align with all stakeholders involved in preparation for the Service Review Meetings which you will organize;
  • You will follow up and inform the internal stakeholders regarding the following domains : Problem Management, Change Management including Service Requests, Incident Management, Release Management Process and Service (Level) Management;
  • You will distribute reports as agreed in Governance : progress reports, SLA reports, planned interventions and ad hoc reports;
  • You will manage our client’s relationships completely, you will act as SPOC;
  • You will collect the improvement proposals from the customer/supplier with regard to the existing services and you will communicate them internally.
  • You will manage and monitor knowledge of services and you will stay informed of best practices and trends in the service management market and technological developments in the market.

  • You have at least a Bachelor degree, preferably in IT;
  • You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience;
  • You have in-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Center & Network;
  • You have knowledge of Service Reviews and SLA/OLA reporting;
  • You have in-depth knowledge of ITIL /IT4IT Service Management, both internally and at customers side;
  • You have excellent MS Excel skills;
  • You have good communication skills, you are able to build and maintain relation networks, you can act in an organization-sensitive manner, and you can monitor progress;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, you have at least passive knowledge of English.
