For one of our clients based in Brussels and active in the energy sector, we are currently looking for an

IS Service Delivery Manager ​​for a permanent contract with a start asap.

Mission:

As a part of the Operations team:

- you report directly to the IS Infrastructure Manager

- you ensure that the operations run in a streamlined manner

- you are responsible for managing the Network and Telecom team, and the Mobile Management team

The team consists of:

- 1 Network and Telecom Team Lead

- 5 Network and Security engineers

- 1 Telephony Expert

- 4 Mobile management team members

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1) Take responsibility for:

- the tracking and execution of inquiries, incidents and projects

- the maintenance of the service catalog with Data & Communication topics

- the follow-up of external suppliers and the evaluation of their services

- the evaluation, improvement and report on the services provided

- the management and follow-up of budgets

2) Manage network, security and internet devices as well as their life cycle within the company’s network

- workplace LAN (345+ devices)

- data center LAN including Azure

- internet and security devices (80+ devices)

- WAN and VPN connected sites (170)

3) Manage mobile devices and their life cycle within the company

- smartphone management via a mobile device manager

- responsible for Service catalog

- reports on usage and consumption

Profile:

Professional experience:

- About 15 years’ relevant experience, including at least 4 years’ experience as Service Delivery Manager (or similar position)

Hard skills:

- You are passionate about data & telecommunications in general, and have a very good knowledge of these fields

- Microsoft Azure certifications are an asset

- Network certifications are an asset

- General knowledge of LAN and WAN, Firewall, and mobile devices (IOS & Android)

- You speak EN, NL and FR fluently

Soft skills:
