What will your mission be ?

The Senior CTI Designer designs, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests CTI Call Routing and Reporting solutions that support business units or supporting functions.

These solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Will serve as the end-to-end primary CTI contact for several individual initiatives beginning with initial engagement and estimation through implementation and validation.

May provide technical direction and system architecture for assigned initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations.

This role has the potential to support all aspects of the Consumer and/or the contact center environment.

Which COMPETENCES do you need for applying ?

  • The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Software, etc.) or has gained equivalent knowledge by relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting CTI solutions and designing call flows for them
  • Must be able to prove an active experience in the following areas:
    • Good troubleshooting skills
    • SBC/Audiocodes
    • In depth experience with call routing, and contact centre call flows
    • Skype/Teams
    • Genesys Pure Connect or Genesys Pure Connect Cloud (design + operations)
    • Odigo (design + operations)
    • Experience with Visio
    • You have a good knowledge of audio / video formats and standards
    • Experience with WebRTC technologies (TURN, STUN, SDP, RTP/RTCP, ICE, and audio/video codecs)
    • Experience with many-to-many real-time low-latency media conferencing topologies and components such as SFUs
    • Experience with Voice/VoIP/SIP
    • Experience building and operating voice and video infrastructure at scale
    • Experience with WebRTC creating voice/multimedia solutions
    • Operational experience monitoring/supporting these solutions
    • Nice to have: Experience with network protocols (HTTP, TCP/UDP, web sockets) / media protocols such as RTMP, HLS, DASH / WebRTC API and specification
  • You must possess good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms.
