Within the S/4HANA Supply Chain Management Team we have opportunities in the areas below

S/4 Enterprise Asset Management Lead
Ownership and Delivery of S/4 EAM solutions on large scale S/4HANA transformation programmes across the Supply Chain landscape. Ability to lead and grow our S/4 EAM practice working with key clients, internal stakeholders and SAP to develop market leading propositions. You will align the client's vision for Operational Excellence with S/4 EAM as the key enabler in realization of their maintenance organisation of the future ambition

Your role
Your role will involve:

• Leading pre-sales conversations with the clients and helping to shape a vision of their Supply Chain Transformation journey roadmap with a focus on EAM
• Building client relationships with senior stakeholders
• Delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programmes - specialising in S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management, but with an appreciation of the S/4 Supply Chain landscape
• Develop and manage implementation plans that maximise the potential of SAP technology whilst minimising implementation risk
• Designing end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies
• Lead client workshops covering a range of topics including; process design, industry best practices and bring SME knowledge in Asset Management
• Lead or participate in practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development
• Develop junior talent to build the capability team
• Provide thought leadership of the EAM space and latest SAP best practices.

Your professional experience

• SAP experience in SAP EAM.
• Experience in Asset intensive industries.
• Proven track record in delivering complex end to end SAP PM(CS) and Asset Manager implementations, ranging from blueprint to Go-Live support
• Expertise in SAP EAM system flows and mapping these to business processes, including Asset foundational master data (FLOC, EQUIP, MPLAN, Task Lists) / Planning and Scheduling / Defect Notifications / Maintenance Execution / Mobile/Field service management
• Proven ability in providing solution architecture throughout the client's IT landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Expertise in system integrations, workflow, data migration and system testing
• Aware of recent SAP S/4 HANA innovations and roadmap in the procurement marketplace
• Experience of Agile working practices on an SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) working with client stakeholders to development teams
