Scrum Master Customer Handling

Are you interested to work on the further digitalisation of our KYC (know your customer) / KYT (know your transactions processes for our customers ? We are looking for a Scrum Master to join the Customer Handling train.

  • You are continuously & actively striving to create & guard an optimal working environment for your team (wagon). You facilitate several scrum ceremonies.
  • You support the Product Owner to create & update the product backlog.
  • You keep a close eye on the stability & performance of the assets & applications which your wagon provides to our end-users: you take action where required, according to applicable SLA's & criteria.
  • You inspire & support the team to take ownership & organize itself as good as possible.
  • You provide opportunities & possibilities to your team to grow & install an agile mindset of continuous improvement.
  • You monitor the maintenance- & projectbudgets of your team & report back to the involved stakeholders, including any actions you deem necessary.
  • You are the first contact for the teamplanning, from feasibility to release in production.

Your profile:

You have the talent to coach a team and colleagues to improve the agile & SAFE mindset and way of working. But you go further then theory, you have hands on & practical experience in implementing Agile working (within SAFE context) in a pragmatic way. You are an excellent facilitator & motivator, hence very communicative.

You have professional experience in a delivery environment. You are able to work in a volatile & fast-changing environment, while continuous looking for improvement & maintaining top notch quality. You are a true teamplayer. You have a "we can do it"-attitude, positive, creative & pro-active. You like a challenge & you want to learn. You have experience in financial services industrie & with teams of 15+ FTE.
