Oliver James is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager Consultant who knows how to deal with technical SAP components and has experience in implementation at one of our clients in the transportation sector.
The position is open for freelance or permanent.

What will you bring ?

As a hands-on Project Manager making part of the PDS ECS Program & Project Management Team:
* You assist in managing overall scope definition, planning, staffing, and delivery until closure of the SAP HR SuccesFactors (or other IT related) projects on time, within budget and in accordance with the guidelines and standards as defined by the PDS PMO (B-PM²)
* You provide guidance and assistance to the team leads and Portfolio Managers in the day-to-day management of their project and in the coordination of the teams.
* You assure proper project organization and assist in administrative tasks:
o Manage Resource Planning
o Monitor Project Performance and Progress
o Manage Budget & planning
o Manage Risks & Issues
o Use project templates and standards
o Create presentations, reports and dashboards
* Communicate with project stakeholders to manage expectations on project deliverables
 

What are you going to do ?

As a SAP Project Manager with experience in the implementation of Successfactors projects, you are part of our Project Delivery Services. You are responsible for one or several projects from Initiation to closure, meaning that you manage the delivery of the projects assigned to you in terms of scope, time, budget and quality. Our projects are situated within the domains ERP and corporate services, application development, IT infrastructure, or even more general.
