Sales - Account Manager (IT)

In order to strengthen its internal team, Aubay Brussels is urgently looking for a Sales Account Manager (M/F).

Location: Brussels (Hybrid Work - Flexible)

Contract: Permanent

What you will do?

  • You are responsible for the development of long-term partnerships with our key accounts
  • You are also actively looking for new opportunities and clients on the market  
  • In collaboration with the Recruitment Team, you will lead the entire Sales Cycle from the establishing of the requests to the negotiation of prices
  • You will support the recruitment team in their search for candidates 
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with your on-site consultants
  • You will administer the existing CRM system
  • You will directly report to the Deputy Managing Director

 

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales or management related studies. 
  • You have an IT background or at least strong interest in IT to fully understand the needs of your clients 
  • A first relevant experience either in Sales or Recruitment (can be an internship) with proven track record in enhancing customer relationship
  • You are fluent in French and English with at least intermediate level in Dutch (any other language is a plus)  
  • You are very autonomous, committed, and able to deal with uncertain issues
  • You have a global understanding of business concerns, from the individual to the global perspective
