RPA Developer Analyst

You will strengthen the current internal team to accelerate analysis and optimization of actual administrative processes and develop these into a RPA application with the goal to create efficient, effective and qualitative automated processes. You will be jointly responsible for the planning, development and support of RPA solutions end to end across all our client’s entities and departments within the EMEA region.

  • You will need to understand and analyze the current processes, assessing which processes are fit for automation;
  • You will design and build the detailed processes including system requirements, you will prepare test scripts and you will perform test cycles, in liaison with process owners;
  • You will log and analyze incidents, you will solve incidents and you will fix bugs;
  • You will support and review continuous improvement of the live processes;
  • You will assess impact of change requests and you will implement these changes;
  • You will have to learn and improve continuously to accommodate updates in the RPA tool and connected software;
  • You will work closely together with project team members and RPA team to ensure a correct implementation;
  • You will build a strong internal network to be able to make good analyses and to formulate appropriate solutions;
  • You will report to the RPA team lead.

Profile:

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree or you are equivalent trough relevant experience in IT, business administration, etc.
  • You have experience with process analyses, design and implementation, you have experience with analyzing business and technical requirements;
  • You have a passion for technology and digitalization, making an impact by implementing improvements and efficiency drives your motivation;
  • You have the ability to effectively communicate at various levels of a multinational  organization, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Having experience with one or more RPA technologies is preferred,  preferably UiPath;
  • Having experience and certification with ABBYY FlexiCapture is a plus, having experience in programming and application development is a plus;
  • Having basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies is a plus;
  • You have the willingness to travel (within the EMEA region);
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a bonus;
  • You have strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, analytical skills and the ability to learn new tools and applications.
