Our client is looking for a recruiter who can source and pre-select candidates in line with profile need & their corporate culture


Required Responsibilities:

- Actively search candidates using different social networking websites, online recruitment databases, our internal database
- Conduct phone screenings
- Screen digital interviews

Degree & Experience:

- First experience in recruitment (within 1-3 years experience is ideal)

Technical skills:

- First experience in screening, selection and interviewing
- Experience with: ATS (Cornerstone), digital interviewing (Hirevue), testing (SHL), sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
- Digital savvy (tooling)

Excellent in Dutch and French
