Location: Antwerp/Brussels depending on the project, with feasibility for remote working

Main responsibilities:

• You determine the scope and impact of projects together with the client with the aim of getting a clear picture of the requirements and the objectives to be achieved
• Planning the initial project set-up and drawing up a project plan (scope) and project planning (timing, allocation of resources) with the aim of realizing the desired project within the predetermined timing, budget and objectives
• Monitor and report on all aspects of the project to ensure that the project meets organizational requirements, methodology and quality standards. The Project Manager is responsible for achieving the project objectives (in terms of quality, budget and lead time)
• Directly managing project team (engineers) and monitoring and following up the project deliverables
• Supervising the motivation and development of the employees deployed on the project with the aim of meeting the service, quality and expected delivery time criteria by the client

Education

• You have a bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent through experience

Experience

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience

Profile

• Methodical, thorough and detail oriented working approach
• You adopt a pragmatic project approach based on a proven project methodology such as Prince2, ITIL
• Knowledge of IT platforms & solutions within the domain Infrastructure
• You have a good overall vision of infrastructure projects and adequate implementation methods
• You can work independently, manage and motivate the project team. You have strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile operation of projects
• You are familiar with planning and making optimal use of the available resources
• Through your professional knowledge, social skills and flexibility, you succeed in gaining our customers' trust

Language requirements: fluent (oral and written) in Dutch and English, French is a plus
