Project Manager - French Speaker (M/W/X)

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage the complete life cycle of the SAP Project, including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet the requirements of various departments in the company
  • Develop a full-scale project plan and associated communication documents
  • Work with Businesses to develop, and document process flows
  • Determine project needs and acquires resources required for the success of the project
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Ensures delivery of project objectives within the prescribed timeframe and budget
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements and other PMO methodology documentation
  • Prepare updates/status of all projects on a weekly basis to Sr Management
  • Facilitate status meetings with project stakeholders
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
  • Ensures training materials are completed for the rollout of new business processes
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Responsible for overall coordination of user testing and training

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

You will need to,

  • Have at least 1 year of  experience in SAP SuccessFactors program and project management
  • Have an experience in at least one complete life cycle SAP implementation
  • Be resourceful (when you don’t know something, you feel comfortable finding information by yourself or asking relevant people to help)
  • Be agile (when things change, your first reaction is to stay open and understand the reasons why it changed - thus, you are even OK with things going back the way there were before)
  • Speak Good English
  • Speak Good Professional French

It would be nice if you,

  • Have experience managing multiple, geographically dispersed vendors through all phases of the project life cycle
  • Have an overall knowledge of the following SAP HCM modules and SuccessFactors

WHERE YOU WILL BE LOCATED:

Adessa offers a flexible environment in which anyone can work from many different locations in Europe. For this specific position, we recommend you live in Belgium to be able to meet with your team.
You can choose to work from home and/or from our offices in Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, the UK, the Netherlands… We expand in Europe fast so, please, don’t bother too much about the location when you apply. We can talk about it during your first interview.
