Project Management Officer

The project Management Officer supports the project and its project managers in the daily management of the project. Key tasks and responsibilities Project organisation: schedule meetings, organise facilities (rooms, conference tools), create meeting minutes and project reporting Follow up on project task delivery, based on input of and in continuous interaction with the project manager Prepare presentations for management decisions Project resource management: allocate resources on the project, approval of timesheets, interact with team leads to optimise usage. Have an overall overview of the program planning Keeps track of projects, budget, quality standards and deliverables Reports progress and delivers information for budget and planning purposes Ensuring compliance to project management gate review process including where necessary preparation of documentation. Providing Ad hoc analysis and reports for senior management

A minimum of 3 years experience in the area of project management support You are well organised and dynamic You are able to interact with several levels in the organisation You are skilled in administrative tasks and office tools Background in IT to be able to understand the context Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Strong Excel and MS Project (Server) skills Knowledge of project management methods (PRINCE2, PMBOK) Strong English communication (written and oral) skills
